1. Overview
At Lord of the Sims, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be entitled to a refund and how to request one.
We comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and relevant UK consumer law.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer purchasing a SIM-only plan online or over the phone, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your SIM card without giving a reason.
To qualify for a full refund:

The SIM must not have been activated (used for calls, texts, or data).

You must notify us of your cancellation request within 14 days.

3. Refunds After Activation
Once your SIM has been activated and used (even partially), refunds are not typically available unless:

The service is proven to be faulty or unavailable due to an issue on our side.

You were charged incorrectly.

Your statutory consumer rights entitle you to one.
We will assess each case individually and may offer a refund, partial refund, or credit at our discretion.
4. Monthly Rolling Plans
If you’re on a monthly rolling plan:

You can cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

Payments already made are non-refundable unless covered under sections 2 or 3.
5. SIM Replacements
If your SIM is lost, damaged, or faulty:

Contact us to request a replacement.

Faulty SIMs will be replaced free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Lost/damaged SIMs may incur a replacement fee.
6. Refund Process
Once approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
