Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Lord of the Sims, a trading name of G Lawson LLP ("we", "us", "our"), regarding the purchase and use of our SIM-only mobile services ("Services"). By ordering or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Company Information

Lord of the Sims is operated by G Lawson LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England, with its registered office at Eastburn Warren Farmhouse, Garton Road, YO25 9DR and registration number OC451353.

3. Service Description

Lord of the Sims provides SIM-only mobile services, including voice, text, and data bundles. Services are provided using all four major UK networks, Three, Vodafone, O2 and EE infrastructure.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our Services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Orders and Activation

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion.

  • SIMs will be dispatched to the delivery address provided.

  • Activation of services typically occurs within [e.g., 24–48 hours] of receiving your SIM.

6. Usage Policy

  • You agree to use the Services for lawful, personal use only.

  • Unlawful, commercial, or abusive use (e.g., SIM boxing, tethering restrictions where applicable) may result in suspension or termination.

  • Fair usage limits may apply to certain plans — see product details at time of purchase.

7. Payments and Billing

  • First Payment is required in advance via debit/credit card payment.

  • Ongoing monthly payments will be taken by Direct Debit.

  • Recurring billing applies for monthly plans unless cancelled.

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your service within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the SIM has not been used.

  • After activation, refunds are not typically available unless required by law.

  • To cancel, please contact us at hello@lordofthesims.co.uk.

  • For monthly rolling sims a full calendar months’ notice must be given for cancelation.

  • For 12 and 24 month contracts your plan cannot be cancelled until the end of your contract.

9. Number Porting (PAC/STAC Codes)

  • You can request to transfer your number to or from Lord of the Sims using a PAC code.

  • We aim to complete porting within three working days of receiving the correct information.

10. Network Coverage and Quality

  • Service availability is subject to network coverage.

  • Speeds and connectivity may vary depending on location, device, and network traffic.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability.

11. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged SIMs

  • You must notify us immediately if your SIM is lost or stolen.

12. Terms and conditions updates

  • We may update our terms and conditions from time to time, it is your responsibility to check them at regular intervals

Vodafone Terms and Conditions

 

Unlimited data is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Customers who exceed the FUP of 500GB domestic data, will have their data barred until the end of the month.

Additionally, customers who remain within the FUP but consistently use high volumes of data may be subject to further limitations or restrictions.

*Daily fee for roaming in Europe zone 1 & 2 is £2.00, World Traveller Zone £5.00 RRP per day and will be triggered by the first usage of the day. Ireland & Isle of Man roaming

remains inclusive for all Red customers.

**Unlimited plans roaming data usage is capped at 25GB per billing month in Roam-free and Roam-further destinations. If you reach this limit, you will be charged £2.05 per

1GB (ex VAT) to continue using data in a Roam-free or Roam-further destinations until your monthly allowance renews.

 

Three Terms and Conditions

 

Voice & Data plans include unlimited minutes and texts to UK landlines (starting 01, 02, 03), standard UK mobiles, and

unlimited UK data

Data Only plans include unlimited UK data only

Unlimited data fair usage policy is 1TB per month

All plans are 5G enabled, and include tethering and WiFi calling at no extra cost

All plans are for domestic use only in the UK; roamed and international services will be barred

Additional services that are not included in the domestic allowance, i.e. calls to premium rate numbers and non-geographic

numbers, will also be barred

Early termination fees will apply on any connections terminated before the end of the contract term

 

O2 Terms and Conditions

 

Tariff changes mid month will pro-rata the allowances.

Unlimited data is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Customers who exceed the FUP of 650GB domestic data, will have their data barred until the end of the month. Additionally, customers who

remain within the FUP but consistently use high volumes of data may be subject to further limitations or restrictions.

EE Terms and Conditions

 

Unlimited data is subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Customers who exceed the FUP of 600GB domestic data, will have their data barred until the end of the

month. Additionally, customers who remain within the FUP but consistently use high volumes of data may be subject to further limitations or restrictions.

- Europe Zone usage is subject to 25GB per month fair usage policy and limited to three months of continuous roaming.

- 5G is available on this tariff in the UK - subject to compatible device and coverage availability.

- 12 month minimum contract term - Early Termination Fees will be charged.
